How to make animated flow river
Now you can make animation of the still river picture, it is very interesting because I have tried here to make a realistic animation of the river that is fall in the sea.
Picture: Take a picture of the river to make animation.
Effect: Take a new layer, choose Smudge tool (R key) and make formatting then apply on the river only as I have done here.
We have to use same step two time more with different "Strength" on new layers as given below.
Image Ready: Now use image ready to give animation, click bottom of the tool bar to go in.
Animation: You have to adjust all the layer by the frame, take four frame and set one by one layer then adjust the time.
Save File: Now save "Save Optimized".
