How to make bubbles
You are going to learn about a bubbles design, this example has some steps to make it easily to draw.
New File: First take colored background file.
Draw a circle: Choose "c6c5c5" color and Ellipse tool (U key) to draw a little circle.
Effect: Go to Layer menu > Layer style > Stroke, Gradient Overlay, use same both settings as given below.
Duplicate: Now make duplicate layer and press Ctr + T to decrease the size.
Use same steps make another bubbles as I have done here.
