In this video tutorial we will be taught how to write a function in java script to check if a string exists in a java script:

  1. At first the example code along with the content string and string is noted properly. And then the content is searched for ‘rose1’then it was not found.

  2. There were basically two functions : content and content to find. In the source content we will note the  ‘content.indexf’and ‘content to find’. If the value is greater than 1 then the content is true or else it is false. Thus, we can find if a string exists in a string or not.

  3. In the method ‘on a button click’ .Here the source contains and the text contains are noted. If it is true then the content is not found. Thus, we can check if a string exists in a string in java script or not.

  4. Thus, if we enter some other name in the find string option and click on ‘search in content’ then it is not found.
