Hi,

Spring Framework in very famous and one of the most used application development in Java. It is also an application integration framework in Java. This framework is used for almost all the types of application development.

The main module of Spring framework is Spring-Core, Spring AOP, Spring Web and Spring JDBC. There many other modules which can be used as per application requirement.

Spring framework is used for:

Loosely Integrating various Java APIs and frameworks in a application
Its used for AOP programming
Used for initializing components in console and web based applications
Used in testing of application outside container.
