The Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary in Delhi
The Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary is a large habitat for animals and plants in Delhi. It is located around the Tughlakabad section of southern Delhi. It is a beautiful place for people in Delhi to visit when looking at animals in their natural habitats. It is also well protected.

The area was created to help promote a supportive environment that all of these animals will be able to thrive in without any risk of being harmed by any outside sources. In fact, the local government's Department of Environment has been spending hundreds of lacs to support the rehabilitation of many spaces in the area. These include many spaces around Bhatti Mines, a part of southern Delhi that is known for being one of the poorest parts of the city.

An interesting point about the Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary is that it continues to be well maintained and protected to this day. In fact, the local government is allowing people to enter the wildlife area for tours on a regular basis.
Meanwhile, the government is working with studies on the topography and diversity of the sanctuary. This includes reviewing ways how the groundwater around the sanctuary can be improved and how the borders in the area can be protected from any desert storms that get in the way and blow sand around the place. The goal is to ensure that the natural areas in the sanctuary are protected so people in the future can enjoy this beautiful place.
