Situated at the entrance of the U.T of Dadra and Nagar Haveli this exotic lake garden Vanganga is stretched over an area of 7.58 hects and is very famous for shooting of films. Moreover 40 films are picturised here. Interestingly, this garden is connected with the Central Island with bridges that follows Japanese style. The prime attraction of the garden is the waters that are framed with trees, jogging point, fountains, boats and restaurants.

Hirwavan Garden, Piparia:

Situated at the entry point of Silvassa this beautiful garden is named after the trival deity Hirwa. This garden has the primitive theme of water play and water shows its beauty in all the natural forms. The cascading streamlet, blustering waterfall, gurgling springs attracts the tourists throughout the year.

Must to see Tribal Museum of Silvassa in Dadra & Nagar Haveli:

As the name implies Tribal Museum displays the musical instruments, ornaments, fishing gadgets, domestic utensils and other artifacts of the tribes of U.T of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. This museum not only has displayed the artifacts but also has focused on the tribal lifestyle. Different life size model, photographs, wedding dresses are in plenty in the museum to show tribal life in details.

Visit to Vanvihar Tourist Complex, Chauda:

How to Reach Dadra and Nagar Haveli :

By Rail: August Kranti Rajdhani, Ahinsa, Shatabdi, Karnabati trains are available from the alongside rail station Vapi on Western railway.

By Road: The U.T of Dadra and Nagar Haveli is almost connected with Mumbai ? Baroda ? Delhi with NH -08. Silvassa is located just at a distance of 18 km from Vapi and 14 kms from Bhilad.

Best Time to Visit Dadra and Nagar Haveli:

Due to its contiguity the temperatures never raises high in Dadra and Nagar Haveli but winter ( November to March) is considered as the best season to visit Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
