This example has step by step processing to make a hard steel cover.

How to design hard steel cover

This example has step by step processing to make a hard steel cover.

New File: Take a new file.

Color: Set Foreground Color "Black" and Background Color "White"

Noise: Go to Filter Menu > Noise > Add Noise and make settings as given below.

Redial Blur: Go to Filter Menu > Blur > Redial Blur and use settings.

Your image will look like this.

Effects: Go to Layer Menu > Layer Style > Gradient Overlay, Bevel and Emboss and use both settings.

Rectangle Shape: Choose "Black" color and Rectangle Tool (U key) to draw a rectangle shape inside the this shape as looking here.

Effects: Go to Layer Menu > Layer Style > Gradient Overlay, Blending Option and use both settings.

A Little Circle: Choose any color and Ellipse Tool (U key) to draw a little circle right top corner then use both settings as given below.

Use same steps to make another.

Write Text: Now write text by the Horizontal type tool (T key).
