Job Description for Project Manager Job:
Candidates key responsibility would be managing the project cycle from planning to development to final delivery. The project manager would lead teams of software engineers working on different web and enterprise applications. Project manager would be interacting with the clients to communicate the project status and discuss project details.

Desired Profile:

Engineers having minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and at least 2 years experience in managing the projects can apply with us. Ability to manage full lifecycle projects is must skill. Candidate must be able execute the projects in deadline. Project estimation, scheduling, configuration management, risk management and team management skills are must. 

• Candidate must be capable of providing technical guideline to team members
• Development experience in web applications is must
• Candidate must be aware of software estimation techniques
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts are must
• Candidates must have good knowledge of Core Java, J2ee, struts and Oracle, Design patterns using UML.
• Knowledge of project management tools are must
• Candidate must have experience in rational rose
