How to view database for user when they login in netbeans and mysql?

I create a web page where when user login they have to fill in a form, after they click the button submit, the next page they going to see is the information they just fill in to make them be able to print it. I have try some code but it come out with all the other user information too.

I'm using netbeans and mysql database with jdbc connection.
