on-line examination project?(urgent pls)

Hello friends, i am doing an on-line examination project. In A page i will get n(user requirement) questions from data base(question and five radio buttons) if the user had completed on time then there is no issue...if user is not completed in time i am not getting how to transfer the values or how to disable the form ...please help me......
