How to attach file to HP Quality Center [QC] using java

Hello All,

Do any one know how to upload attachments to QC Test Case Run Instance using java

In QC we have <BR> 

 Test Lab<BR>
    |_Test Set Instcance<BR>
             |_Test Case Instance<BR>
                 |_ <U>Test Run Instance<BR>
So i wish to attach files with the <B>Test Run Instance 



I found couple of sites say QCTools4j, Com4j, jacob.... but they sime to be very complicated.
or might be i don't know how to use them; A sample code describing the same will be highly appretiated
