How expensive(hire someone) or hard would it be to create a website like this? I want to build a website where people can be users of the website with a small profile. Their is a point system (kinda like money) where people can upload documents for other to use (to gain points) or download documents (to lose points). You can also buy an X amount of points for Y dollars. Then they are able to search for documents ( for example by keyword, title, author...) and each document will have a short two sentence summary. Also are their any templates that are similar to this? Thanks any help will be grateful.
