Hell Team, I am totally new to java, from net am setup in my machine netbeans, mysql and tomcat server. I am working in a small enterprise where 50-60 desktops are there, I want to create a web application where I can put all asset inventory as well as user can log a call from the page with authenticating process. like if I am user and I have complaint about my machine then I can go certain web page where username and password are provided, then I authenticate my login and then select hardware type then automatically next row indicate serial no. of that invetntory, then I prescribed my machine problem and submit it, this page show a complaint no. and its automatically reflect to IT person on there login page. IT person then attain the call, resolved it and then from his login window can closed the call. This project help to track the asset, call process, monthly weekly productivity of IT. I want total source code, from login to report generating. Is this possible from your end?
