Hi Friend,
Differences:
1)Cookie is a client side storage of the variables whereas Session is a server side storage of your variables.
2)Cookie is stored on client machine by browser whereas Session stored on server's memory.
3)Cookie expires at specified date by the user whereas session timeout clears all information after the user closes browser.
