The first country to have gained independence from the colonization of Spanish in 1821, Venezuela is a tropical country located in South America. Pico Bolívar at a height of 16335 feet is the most elevated peak in the country located in the northern part. The country is rich in natural resources like gold, petroleum and natural gas.
