Please visit the following link:

Download JFreechart

Download jfreechart-1.0.13.zip from the given link. Then on extracting the zip file, you will get the jfreechart-1.0.13.jar and jcommon-1.0.16.jar files inside the lib folder. Put these files into the following locations:

jdk\lib
jdk\jre\lib
jdk\jre\lib\ext
jre\lib
jre\lib\ext
