I need to build a no dues clearance module.an employee id is entered in an html page and checked whether its a valid id or not.if the employee id is valid then the employee will give the reason for leaving which will be a checklist.then on the click of submit button 3 emails must be sent to 3 admin.for each admin there should be a separate page with checklist options which he has to click for no dues clearance of the employee and then send email back to employee.and finally the employee is removed from database.
