i have MYSQL DB,DB NAME:TRLIST, TABLE NAME:TR_LIST; (FIELD NAMES:NODE,PACKAGE,TR), {VALUES:Row1(CCN,CS4.0,XXX),Row2(SDP,CS5.0,YYY),Row3(AIR,CS6.0,ZZZ)},

@I want to retrieve the column values of NODE and PACKAGE from table TR_LIST on typing TR values in an input-text-box and by clicking<Submit> button===> i.e.,select node,package from tr_list where tr='yyy';
