replace the line

<td> <%= rs.getString(i) %> </td>

with

<td><a href="#"><%= rs.getString(i)%></a></td>

This will give hyperlinks for all columns. To get only for first column, change the code like this:

for(int i=1;i<=cnt;i++)
{
if(i==1){
%>
<td><a href="#"><%= rs.getString(i)%></a></td>
<%}else{ %>
<td><%= rs.getString(i)%></td>
<%
}
}

I didn't understand about "selected row must be deplay"
