Hi......

What is layoutChrome()? When does it get called?

Please tell me about that......

Ans:

  • before updateDisplayList() flex calls layoutChrome(). It gets scheduled to get called in next render update when invalidateDisplayList() is called
  • It is used to define the border area around the container
