This is why I believe that when we talk about fashion, we include a lot of products besides clothing and accessories. For example, is your mobile phone fashionable? Does it look decent, does it come with a decent camera and has it got a nice user interface or application directed towards social networking on the go? The same goes for cars, clothing and everything else that people might be able to put a tag on. Of course, we say this again, there is no need for you to follow these trends if you believe they are not fitting you style and your needs, but this is, in our opinion, the most comprehensive definition that we can come up with it when we talk about fashion.
In recent years fashion, in general, has really started to evolve from a very silly trend setting phenomenon to a type of very elegant and style aware one. If 5 years ago you basically looked like a clown dressed as the trends dictated, these days we are easily seeing a return to the relaxed, casual clothing attitude. Also, if we are referring to fashion as a whole, electronics and other house hold items are also becoming more and more useful and efficient. Remember those phones they used to sell a couple of years ago, without any proper keypad or touch screen, and you had to basically go through each number, in sequence, to make a call? It took forever and by the time you were ready to make the call the battery was dead. They used to say that it was a fashion item. Well, these days fashion has started to be very closely linked to efficiency and user friendliness. Indeed, following fashion trends these days is not as painful as it used to be.
Fashion has been around for hundreds of years, and will still be around for many to come. The experts on this matter tend to agree that more and more categories of fashion will be included in the general description, as we mentioned earlier.
