I fixed the "no action mapped" error by editing index.html and changing the meta tag as follows:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=roseindia/HelloWorld.action">

The tutorial doesn't mention changing it and as-is it redirects to the /example namespace for which no actions are mapped.
