we have a project in tomcat webapps directory name myproject for example

for requesting this project then we need to type http://localhost:8080/myproject

but my problem is instead of localhost i was *.localhost (abc.localhost or pqr.localhost etc)

can we do that in the local machine

if we can do it then please tell me the procedure
