You can use NetBean's IDE from Sun Microsystem.
http://www.netbeans.org/
For the best performance, your computer should have 1GB RAM capacity although the requirement is 512MB.

In the above article, there is a mistake.
You have specified the following interfaces as classes -
JSPPage
HttpJspPage
These two are interfaces in javax.servlet.jsp package.
