The fascination for this mode of business operation only seems to increase as work gets faster and labor also becomes cheaper. The B2E e-commerce is a great way of allowing online employees freedom of self-service and also ample time to looking for unlimited resources related to their contractual assignment. In other words, this gives them open access to human resource matters.

Thus, the B2E e-commerce reduces a great amount of expenses which involve postage, excessive paperwork, manual labor, complicated internal administrative services and even saves the time of involvement in all these. Even there is a great amount of money saved in the printing costs and travel expenses. This system of e-commerce allows the bosses to improve decision making abilities in their employees. Most research studies on the B2E have suggested that if an independent organization perceives it to be favorable, then it would certainly benefit their business growth. It totally depends upon the business administration what conditions they want to lay down before introducing their work to online employees.

B2E requires great amount of investment and usually this depends upon the management support to make it a possible solution. B2E greatly depends on outsourcing human resource management and it is a task which depends a lot on the “trust” factor of offering work to employees who are living miles apart. B2E has been a revolution in major organizations and slowly newer companies and businesses are adopting this system of e-commerce while long established ones face the barrier of introducing e-HRM into their existing employee businesses.

B2E systems actually run on major costs of software solutions. There is internally no cost involved on hiring extra office employees. But when it comes to implementing the business module there are hardware expenses, software license costs, money has to be spent on software development, firewall and maintenance and system integration and expenses related to designing.

Business – to – employee e-commerce solution is a great way of reducing the administrative hassles but it needs a lot of structured work and preparation before the business can be implemented. Established businesses who want to start on with this new system will have to work on a transitioning process when they want to shift their traditional platform to the e-commerce module of employing online staff.

The initial investment on the ground preparation of infrastructure involving the basic hardware and software preparation is the major source of hard work. The administration must have high level IT expertise to implement the B2E e-commerce solutions. When the business has to promote its product then they need expert staff to use their skills to implement various components of e-commerce solutions for enhanced marketing in such a manner that it doesn’t incur any losses. Overall, B2E e-commerce needs to be worked upon right from scratch in a planned structure.
