It's his job to assign work to every fleet daily, keep record of work that are done and also of the work that are pending. Then he must also maintain an eye on all the things that goes down in fleet using the softwares and GPS. He must also maintain the record of driver and vehicle, he must know when a vehicle needs servicing so as to increase its life. He must maintain all the papers that come necessary in future, updates the owner or senior about daily work. He must also know about all the goods and items that gets loaded and unloaded from the vehicle.
