Mysql Loader Examples
Mysql Loader Example is used to create the backup of data file and then
import the data text file into Mysql database.

example we create a table 'employee1' with required fieldnames and datatypes.
Query to Create Table named employee1:
mysql>CREATE TABLE employee1 (

Query to insert data into Table named employee1:
The Query insert into is used to add the records or rows to the table
'employee1'.

Query to create backup file of Table named employee1:
The Query is used to import the table 'employee1' into a text file
'employee.txt'.The 'employee.txt' functions as a backup file.
mysql> select * into outfile 'C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/employee.txt'
-> fields terminated by '\t'
-> lines terminated by '\n'
-> from employee1;

Query to create table in which the data of the above file(employee.txt) is
loaded:
Now we create the table 'Loaded Employee' in which the data of the
backup file 'employee.txt' is imported.

Query to load data from backup file created above of Table named
employee1:
The Query given below is used to load the backup created file into table
'Loaded Employee' in Mysql database.
mysql> LOAD DATA INFILE 'C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/employee.txt'
-> INTO TABLE LoadedEmployee
-> FIELDS TERMINATED BY '\t'
-> LINES TERMINATED BY '\n';
