Quantum Framework for Java The Quantum Framework for Java (qFJ) is a port of Miro Samek\'s Quantum Framework in C/C++. qFJ consists of heirarchical statecharts, active objects, and the framework to tie it all together.

This release is a fully functional port of Miro Samek\'s Quantum Framework for C/C++, including hierarchical statecharts, active objects, and the framework to tie it all together.

Notable features of this release include:

* Event pooling for efficient management of events.
* An IoC style of event management services for active objects.
* Improved Javadocs and example Dining Philosophers Problem application.
