  Tutorial: Getting the Size of a File in Java

In this section you will learn how to get the size of any file.

Tutorial Details:

In this example you will learn about the methods that can be used to get the file size. If you give the text based file then the program tells you the number of characters otherwise it will give you the file size in bytes.
