JavaScript is not a full-fledged programming language so you cannot churn out geeky applications with it. But yes, you can make your web site a lot more interactive and dynamic if you know how to use it to your convenience. In the initial stages, we are going to toy around with the basic syntax. Remember one thing; you can only run Javascripts if the individual browser allows them to run on an individual machine.
