Choosing the right design and layout for your presentation will greatly increase the appearence of your PowerPoint presentation.

Changing slide design
To change the appearance of a slide into different types of designs first click on Format on your menu bar. Then click on Slide Design? A new box of different design templates will appear on the right side of your screen. Scroll down and select a design that will best fit your needs.

Changing slide layout:
Now that you have chosen the design template you can change the layout of the slide. First click on Format on your menu bar. Then click on Slide Layout? A new box of different slide layouts will appear on the right side of your screen. Scroll down and select a layout that will work best for the slide.
