Learn here to make lighting effect in the the sky at the night, this is an animated example so I hope it will be joyful for you.

Open an Image: Start this example with a night scene picture of the sky as I have here.

Brush Setting: Choose Brush Tool (B key) and make formattin as given below.

Draw Lines: Now select white color and draw some little lines like ray of light as you are looking down.

Take New Layer and draw same type of line.

Take New Layer and draw same type of line.

Take New Layer and draw same type of line.

Image Ready: Click bottom of the tool bar to go "Image Ready", In the image ready we have to adjust the layers by the frame in the animation window as here.

   

 

Your animation window should similar this image.

Now save your file "Save Optimize" with any name.

Note: The file should be saved in the "Gif" formate.
