How to design a highlight text

     

This example will help you to design a highlight text, it is so easy because I have used here very simple steps to learn easily for the beginners so follow now.

New File: Take a new file with any size as you like.

Fill color: Choose "Black" color and fill in your file by the Paint bucket tool (G key).

Text Formatting: Choose Horizontal type tool (T key) and make formatting as given below.

Write text: Now write text as you want.

Effect: Go to Layer menu > Layer style >Apply stroke and use same settings as given below.

You will get it.

Make duplicate layer and give "stroke" effect as given up but change color "7dfc55".

Make duplicate layer and give "stroke" effect as given up but change color "f5f83a".

Image ready: Click on the bottom of the tool bar to go image ready, you have adjust your layer in the animation window. Take a frame and hide layer one by one in new frames as I have done here.

Now you have an animation.

Final Result
