How to design a fog effect.
In the winter season you have seen the fog, I
have tried here to give a same fog effect in the nature picture so it is a
interesting example. This example has been fully described so follow now.
Open Picture : Open any picture give fog
effect, I have taken here a nature picture.
Pen Tool : Select Pen Tool (P key) and make
point as given below, you can take help of Direct Selection Tool (A key) to
make this type of selection.
Gaussian Blur : Go to Layer Menu > Layer
Style > Gaussian Blur and make setting as looking here.
