How to make a blur text effect
In this example we are going to make a blur text effect, it has been make by some instruction that are mentioned here.
New file: Create a new file.
Write text: Choose Horizontal type tool (T key) and make formatting to write text as here.
Effect: Go to Layer menu > Layer style > Bevel and Emboss and use settings.
