How to design Balloon
Now we are going to learn a simple processor to make a balloon, It is very simple by this example because it has some steps that will help you to make it.
Take a New File: Take a new file to make balloon.
Circle: First choose "112AA9" color and Ellipse Tool (U key), draw a circle as I have done here.
Bevel and Emboss: Go to Layer Menu > Layer Style > Bevel and Emboss and use settings as here.
Duplicate: Make duplicate layer of the balloon layer and set it as looking here.
Mouth of the Balloon: Pen Tool (P key) and choose Black color, make some point like a balloon mouth. ( You can use Direct Selection Tool (A key) to make similar shape of mouth as here.)
You will get it.
Brush: Now choose Brush Tool (B key) and take brush size "3", draw line like a ribbon.
