The Open OSP server is a client side tool for the European Telecommunication Standard Institute's OSP VoIP Peering protocol (ETSI TS 101 321) that has been coined for open source billing. The OSP Toolkit project was begun in 1998 and the code has been integrated into many commercial and open source VoIP products.
