CDRTool is a mature open source solution that provides mediation, accounting and tracing for Call Detail Records enerated by OpenSER by using RADIUS protocol and OpenSER siptrace facility. User can build any billing model for his business based on permutation of bandwidth, destination, application type and duration. The blend of PSTN rating based on time/destination with NGN rating based on traffic/application results the ideal billing platform.
