Main features: 2.6.16 Kernel (gentoo-sources-2.6.16-r1 with Reiser4 patches); Glibc 2.3.6 with performance patches; XGL and Compiz (0.0.7 - opacity plugin included) for both GNOME and KDE (boot with "gentoo xgl" or "smp xgl"); Latest proprietary drivers from ATI (8.23.7) and nVIDIA (8178); X.Org 7.0.1 with every input and video driver included.

About the RR4 Linux

RR4 Linux and RR64 Linux are live DVDs designed to transform a computer into a powerful Gentoo Linux system in less than 5 minutes. Gentoo Linux is a Linux distribution powered by a software install manager engine called "Portage". Besides functioning as a live DVD, RR4 Linux can also be installed on a hard disk, acting effectively as an easy-to-use Gentoo installation disk.
