Java example program to get epoch time of windows

Epoch is used to compare dates with the some other
dates or dates with the other time format mathematically. That's why it is being
used through out the whole programming world.
We can get epoch time in java using the system's
current time. The windows epoch is the number of seconds that have
elapsed since January 1, 1601. Here is the full example code of GetEpochTimeWindows.java
as follows:
