Convert ArrayList To Array

This is a simple program of java util.package. In this section, you will learn how to convert an Arraylist into an array.

Code Description: In this program you will also learn how to use the asList() method. The program reads the integer type value and convert it into the string value. The package java.util defines the array class. The class array contains various methods for manipulating arrays. This is also contains a static factory that allows arrays to be viewed as list.

asList(): asList() is a method of Array class that takes  an array of any type as parameter and returns a fixed-size list of the elements of the specified array.

Here is this code of this program:

import java.io.*;
import java.lang.*;
import java.util.*;

public class ArrayListToArray {
  public static void main(String args[]) throws IOException{
    BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(System.in));
    System.out.print("How many elements you want to add to the array:");
    int n = Integer.parseInt(in.readLine());
    String[] name = new String[n];
    for(int i = 0; i < n; i++){
      name[i= in.readLine();
    }
    List<String> list = Arrays.asList(name)
    for(String li: list){
      String str = li;
    System.out.print(str + ",");

    }
  }
}
