We had several file corruptions issues on the 1.2.1.3 (2007-01-08) release, and had to re-upload a set of files to SourceForge. If the installer is not working with you, please re-download it from the website, it will be a correct file. Please download and install the updated 1.2.1.3 version of your distro from the usual place.
