I tried the program .. and it has no error .. even if I put a number above 20 .. what's this ? example I input a number 21 and it has no error displaying .. why ?

the above program is not executing properly. Even though we are giving the input value beyond the range it is not throwing any exception or error it is done compiled as it is and displaying the value.
