New iPhone SDK Terms for Application Developers
Apple introduced new terms and conditions for the iPhone Application Developers so that dual sale of applications can be prevented. It is an attempt by Apple to prevent the sale of applications by unauthorized stores like Cydia. These rouge applications cannot be sold at Apple’s online store and generally require jailbreaking. But the new version 3 of iPhone can block this jailbreaking so that authenticity of the applications can be maintained with this high-end gadget.
It is way forward by Apple to improved the application distribution through its own stores or by their authorized vendors.
