How To Lose Weight Eating Rice!
Have you ever feel like your eating so little but yet you gain so much weight? Well the secret formula is rice. Yes, believe it or not I have been eating rice with everything. I have been testing different foods and trying new ways to cook with rice. Over the years I am amazed at how I look and how much I have eaten. How many times do you eat per day to lose weight?
Here is my ballpark for the day. I wake up eating a snack, any snack I could find. Next, I would eat breakfast for the morning. Now throughout the days I would eat rice with meat or any type of foods with rice. Guess how much I eat per day? 2-3 times? Your wrong. I eat about 4-5 full meats a day without every worry about getting fat.
Here?s the deal with rice. It fills your stomach up after ten minutes or so from your meal. Once that kicks in you wont be wondering around in search for other foods. Since the rice makes you full between your meals, you can do other things while waiting for the next meal or dinner. I get a habit of doing this everyday and found myself not needing to exercise or reducing my meal intake.
