The city of Glasgow in Scotland is a popular tourist destination in the United Kingdom. Glasgow can be reached through regular flights to Glasgow International Airport which is located fourteen kilometers to the west of Glasgow. A wide range of international destinations are covered over a large number of operators, making Glasgow one of the most busiest airports in the Untied Kingdom. Glasgow airport has frequent flights to all the major European cities too. A rail bus service is provided from the airport so as to reach the inner city and the city center. Glasgow can be reached by train through its two major railway stations, the Central Station and the Queen Street Station, which receive trains from long distance locations and short distance locations respectively. This generally depends on whether you are accessing a peak hour train or a normal one, because peak hours are more than usually overcrowded and prior booking of tickets is absolutely essential. The East End houses the famous Celtic football club of Scotland, and the line of shops in Byres Road is famous for its premium quality products at dirt cheap prices, making it a shopper’s hub.
