Looking in the mirror at a reflection that doesn?t fit. Who am I, what will I become, is this the right decision. My life was filled with doubt and the perception of failure had over came my mind when I decided to give in to a thing called affirmations.

Affirmations play a vital role in maintaining a positive and strong mental attitude. You are what you think so why not think big. An affirmation is a positive statement made in the present tense, out loud and with conviction. For example, I am a positive person at all times. What this does is affirm a statement into your subconscious mind so it becomes a part of you.
