Call center outsourcing is very widespread nowadays. A lot of companies opened call center outsourcing as part of their businesses. However, even if the term "call center outsourcing" is commonly heard, still there are lots of people who do not know what this thing is all about.
The Definition
As far as I know, the word outsourcing in literal terms basically connotes sourcing from outside.
