Real estate development on the other hand is a sub group of real estate investing that refers to the realty property improvement as defined by the real estate investment strategy. Real estate is considered an asset that has very little liquidity, considered to be capital intensive and has a high dependency on good cash flow. If all of the above factors are not studied, managed and understood properly by the investor, investing in a piece of real estate can be very tricky.
