Whnever i am executing the following program i am getting warning as

mysqlfetcharray() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given .

I have created table mytable which includes id,name at the backend. the program is

whenever i execute it I get message as:Query failed with error.Query was empty plz help me how to remove it .
